Find It Hawaiʻi

Free Maui pilot · Store setup

Your first useful product list.

Start with one Maui location and 50–100 products customers regularly ask about. A smaller first batch is welcome while we check your format. No POS integration or commission is required.

1. Choose a contact and location

Email your store name, location, and the best person to speak with to aloha@findithawaii.com. Tell us who can approve sharing the data and who will keep it current.

2. Confirm written permission

Before publication, we confirm the business, authorized locations and products, permitted fields and images, data source, and update contact. You can ask to correct, pause, narrow, or withdraw your listings. An application alone does not authorize publication.

3. Prepare a small CSV

Download the blank inventory template. Use one file per store location. You choose that location in the merchant portal when uploading.

4. Review before publishing

After approval and authorization, add your store in the merchant portal, upload the CSV, and review validation errors. Only valid rows publish. Check names, variants, prices, and stock times against your original file before publishing.

5. Keep the list useful

Agree on an update routine with us. Report stock changes when practical and refresh affirmative stock information within 72 hours. Older or unverifiable affirmative updates display “Call to confirm.” Keep product names, brands, models, and variants consistent between uploads to avoid duplicate listings.

To remove products, pause or archive their listings. Leaving a product out of the next CSV does not remove its previous listing. If your team cannot maintain the starting list, narrow it before adding more products.
